Highly recommend. And pro tip: sub out the simple syrup for cardamom syrup in the old fashioned - you won’t regret it. ”

“ After spending 5 days in the Midwest, this dinner tasted like home. Very vegan-friendly menu; the sweet and sour tofu sandwich was absolutely incredible. The cardamom rose late was also sublime. I'm not usually a fan of sweet potato fries, but the perfectly cooked yam fries were delicious. Even though PDX is my home airport, I will look at layovers at SeaTac in a much more favorable way now that I've discovered Floret! ”

“ This place, hands down, offers the best hot breakfast you can buy in SeaTac. Try not to buy a house on the way Try to come an hour and a half before your flight. Usually the cafe is packed in the morning. I've sat at the bar sometimes. Either way Service is quick. The food is outstanding. Cheesy grits with chives. Breakfast scramble packed with greens and mushrooms and cheese. The garlicky greens. This time I happen to be with my friend who ordered the cardamom rose latte and it was so beautiful and I catching we had to take several photos. I ordered the virgin bloody Mary which I have done before and it came with some great celery. I love all the trimmings so this is very appealing to me. The bloody Mary mix was very flavorful in the best kind of way. We also ordered the portobello mushroom French dip which was truly delicious and filling. We saved half of it for the flight to Honolulu. The yam fries that accompanied the sandwich were excellent. Even when they are cold they somehow taste delicious. They come with an aioli sauce as well as ketchup. The French dip sauce was very well balanced for the portobello mushroom/cheese hoagie. One more thing: you would never know it but the whole menu is vegetarian. Nothing is missing in the experience or the taste, which is probably why it's worth highlighting. Please note the difference between vegan and vegetarian: lots of cheese and milk were involved in the dishes that we ate. The one thing I was very sad to see missing was the overnight oats that they used to have. Sometimes it would come with a very sometimes it would come with passionfruit. Truly an outstanding dish and I was quite sad to see it missing. I hope they will return it to the menu. The current server didn't even know what it was. That was a bummer since it's a classic. ”
